  2. The doctor gets too lazy. I'm not going to lie to you. It's a lot of work if you're doing it all by yourself. You've got to write it, get it to the printer, buy the envelopes, update your mailing list, print the labels, fold 'em, stuff 'em, label 'em,  mail 'em, etc. And then do it all again next month! And remember, once you start... you can never stop.
